This year my main categories in the Catch Fitness 20 Week Challenge are: Balance and Flexibility. Both are things I struggle with. I improved my flexibility in last year's challenge but want to further this. My balance goal is to be able to complete a yoga class without continually falling out of a pose like Eagle, Aeroplane, Tree, Triangle etc.
